This Privacy Policy explains how Keystone Masterworks, LLC handles information in Kraftworks Play Studio. The app provides puzzle and casual game experiences, optional ads, rewarded ad opportunities, settings, and local game progress features.
Information We Handle
Kraftworks Play Studio stores gameplay progress, settings, hint counts, wallet-style in-app balances, and unlock status locally on your device so the app can save your experience. This local information is not sold by Keystone Masterworks, LLC.
If gameplay analytics are enabled, Kraftworks Play Studio limits app analytics events to aggregate gameplay signals such as game starts, completions, hint use, unfinished-start rates, and selected theme ids. App analytics payloads are designed to avoid direct identifiers such as names, email addresses, user ids, purchase tokens, device ids, advertising ids, and IP addresses.
Advertising and Consent
Kraftworks Play Studio uses third-party advertising services to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Advertising partners may collect or receive device identifiers, app activity, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and related information to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
Where required, the app uses a consent management platform to request and manage consent choices. You may see privacy or consent prompts depending on your region and applicable laws. If privacy options are required for your region, the app may show a privacy choices control in Settings.
Optional Rewards
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the app may use the ad completion result to add hints, in-app wallet credit, or another gameplay reward. The reward is used only inside Kraftworks Play Studio.
Content Downloads
The app may download puzzle packs, image sets, or other game content from hosted content services. Those requests may include standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser/app request metadata, timestamps, and requested file paths, which are used to deliver content, maintain reliability, and protect the service.
Children
Kraftworks Play Studio is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through the app, contact the developer so the issue can be reviewed.
Data Sharing
Keystone Masterworks, LLC may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including ad networks, consent management providers, app distribution platforms, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, and fraud-prevention services. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or use in-app reset controls where available. Data handled by third-party services is retained according to those services' policies and legal obligations.
Security
Kraftworks Play Studio uses platform-standard storage and secure network connections where supported. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect app data.
Your Choices
- You can use device settings to reset advertising identifiers or manage ad personalization where supported.
- You can decline optional rewarded ads and continue using available non-rewarded gameplay features.
- You can clear local app data or uninstall the app to remove local progress from your device.
- You can use in-app privacy choices when they are available for your region.
